A phased refurbishment of an Edwardian family home in Muswell Hill

This project was a phased renovation for returning clients, transforming their Edwardian house into a welcoming and versatile family home. The most recent stage centred on a new rear extension, designed to bring light, space and connection to the heart of the house.

A spacious kitchen and dining area now forms a sociable hub, flowing naturally into a relaxed TV snug and a more grown-up living room — spaces that balance family life with entertaining. Thoughtful detailing and layered finishes tie old and new together, creating a home that feels both grounded in its period character and tailored for modern living.
